Booking:

You can request an appointment through our website, we will be in touch to confirm this booking. To secure your booking we require a 50% deposit.

 

Cancellation policy:

We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment, The 50% deposit to secure your booking is non-refundable if you cancel your appointment in the 48 hours before your treatment. If you give us 48 hours or more notice, your deposit can be moved to a new appointment allocation or alternatively it can be refunded. 

 

Treatment menu and prices:

We reserve the right to change our treatment menu and prices at any time.

 

Consultation form:

Consultation forms are required before all treatments are carried out.

It is your responsibility to disclose any health/ medical conditions & medication before all treatments, as these could contra-indicate your treatment.

We do not accept responsibility or liability If you do not disclose this information with us prior to your treatment.

We reserve the right to request authorisation from a GP or consultant before carrying out any treatment. We can, at our discretion, refuse to provide any treatment for a full refund of any amount paid prior.

 

Patch testing:

Some treatments may require a patch test this will be carried out at least 48 hours prior to your treatment. This is free of charge when your appointment is booking, and the deposit has been paid.

In case of a reaction occurs we will fully refund the deposit and cancel the appointment. We reserve the right to cover cost of travel and product if your appointment was cancelled and not rescheduled.

 

Under 18s:

All treatments are restricted to certain age groups. You can find our mini menu for 4–15-year-olds.

Any treatment being received under the age of 16 must have an adult consent. The parent must book the treatment, be present at the appointment and disclose & sign the consultation form.

 

Gift Vouchers:

Gift Vouchers are redeemable on treatments and retail. Vouchers are redeemable online only if there is a code on the voucher. Gift vouchers will always have a ‘vaild until’ date, vouchers must be used by this date to be valid. Expired vouchers cannot be used. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. In event loss or stolen we cannot be held responsible.
