Shop orders:

We accept returns on items bought directly from our shop.

We must be contacted within 10 days & items returned must be in original packaging and unused.

Bespoke orders:

We can not accept returns on any bespoke orders. 

If you have any issues please contact us within 6 days with explanation and pictures of the issues and we will do our best to resolve this for you.
